祝贺课题组博士生王亚男的论文:The use of a low-cost oxygen carrier prepared from red mud and copper ore for in situ gasification chemical looping combustion of coal(赤泥和铜矿石为原料制备的廉价氧载体在煤化学链燃烧过程中的应用研究)被期刊Fuel Processing Technology收录。赵海波教授为通讯作者,王亚男为第一作者。
本工作利用水泥粘结赤泥和铜矿石粉末制备一种低成本的复合氧载体,赤泥和铜矿石的混合比例依据自热条件进行确定。以煤焦和煤为燃料分别进行燃烧性能测试,结果表明,此复合氧载体可以明显促进煤焦气化过程,同时对煤焦气化合成气表现出良好的反应性,展现出良好的氧传递能力。煤和煤焦的燃烧效率计算表明,挥发物质的逸出是导致煤燃烧效率降低的原因。另外,氧化还原循环试验证明此复合氧载体具有良好的循环稳定性。本研究有助于开发低成本高性能氧载体。该工作受到了国家重点研发计划项目(2018YFB0605402)的资助。
